Client Prospect - Admin
Match the prospect to an existing client or create one from it
Lead → contract flow: finds an existing Cliente for this prospect (NIF, then email/phone with a name sanity-check) or creates a new one from the prospect's data. No body — everything comes from the prospect row, tenant-scoped by the authenticated user's idcompany.
Returns {"status": "matched"|"created", "id_cliente", "Nome", "matched_by"}.
