Onboarding Questionnaire - Admin
Issue an onboarding questionnaire link
Create a questionnaire for a company and email the link to the dealer.
The raw link is returned HERE AND ONLY HERE — the token is stored hashed, so it can never be shown again. The UI must present it for copying now; after that, the only way to hand it over is a resend, which rotates it.
