Meta/Google product catalog feed (XML)

Return one brand's vehicle catalog as a Google-Merchant RSS feed. The domain resolves the brand scope (404 if unknown), so the feed only contains that brand's stock — never a sibling brand's. ?portal= optionally narrows the destination.
