Email - System Admin Inbox
List mailboxes the current user can access
Return the inboxes available in the switcher, sourced from Z_Mailboxes.
Phase 3 (system_admin route): returns EVERY mailbox in the registry. Phase 4 will narrow by current_user.idcompany/idpointofsale once per-PV inboxes ship — the DB function already accepts those filters.
