Sv Start Publish

Start a StandVirtual Direct publish workflow.

Creates a background job that:

  1. Resolves catalog codes (make/model → SV string codes)
  2. Creates image collection (if image_urls provided)
  3. Creates advert on StandVirtual
  4. Activates advert
  5. Exports to OLX (if export_olx=true)

Returns job_id for progress polling.
