Sócios ativos num ponto de venda (para filtros de relatório)
Returns the partners active TODAY at the given PV — used to populate the partner Autocomplete in the reports filter bar. The existing /financeiro/partners/active endpoint is scoped to the user's own PV (via auth claim); admin reports need to pick any PV in the company.
