Get Kpi
Live KPI snapshot: vehicles in parque / transporte / preparação / prontos / bloqueados. Ignores the date range (always current state).
Shares get_logistics_kpi() with /logistica/kpi — single source of truth for the five bucket definitions. Estado=5 (Suspenso) is always excluded regardless of the estado_id filter.
