Preview Vehicle Block
Live preview for the "Inserir Viaturas" dialog.
Takes the same block config the editor encodes into the marker, resolves it through the exact send-time path (parse_filter_spec + fetch_listings), and returns how many vehicles currently match plus a small sample for thumbnails. Read-only — never sends anything, never deducts credits.
