Unpublish listing from all portals and websites

Remove a listing from all Integrazu portals and websites.

This endpoint:

  1. Verifies listing ownership (company isolation)
  2. Deletes all Integrazu adverts via _handle_unpublish_all
  3. Removes all Z_WebsiteExports records for the listing

Args: listing_id: ViaturasEasyDataGreen.ID
