Get Portal Config Statuses

Legacy review-status summary: { brand_id: { portal_slug: "pending"|"active"|... } }.

No frontend caller since ticket #1014 — the vehicle-ad Exportações tab used it for its "Aguarda configuração" chips and now links to /settings/portals instead. status is not maintained by the self-service save (preserve_status=True), so it is not a live state; read /overview for that. Kept for API compatibility; removal is a follow-up.
