Create the Integrazu location for one point of sale and link it.

Body: {brand_id, pv_id, designation, email, phone, address, postal_code, parish_id, vat_number?}

On success the PV is immediately exportable — no ticket, no waiting. The contact details are written back onto the point of sale so the dealer is never asked for them again.
