File a request to have an Integrazu account created for this brand.

Body: {brand_id, expected_vehicles, expected_vehicles_max?, notes?}

The dealer declares the fleet size and nothing else — that is the whole ask. The account's mailbox is derived from the brand name (see below); any contact_email in the body is ignored.

On success the platform alert list is e-mailed and a WhatsApp goes to the ops number — neither can fail the request (the row is already committed).
