Recent inbound leads (for lead → registration conversion)

List recent inbound leads for the StandGest company (default id 17) so an admin can convert one into a company registration. The public /registar form lands here as a Z_Leads row; this surfaces the prospect's name, email, phone and any referral promo_code captured in the lead's data JSON, ready to prefill the "Criar Registo" dialog.
