Social Delete Ext Account

Permanently remove a specific end-user account (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook) by its id.

For PostForMe-backed platforms this also deletes the account on PostForMe's side, freeing it up to be connected again — including under a different external_user_id. To keep the account and just revoke access instead, use POST /social/ext/accounts/{account_id}/disconnect.
