Screener Build Metrics

Rolling timings for full screener builds (cold compute path). Compare after optimizations.

Uses shared DB pool: db_acquire_ms = wait to borrow a connection (spikes = pool contention). OI: Redis per exchange (SCREENER_OI_CACHE_TTL_SECONDS). Last 200 builds per worker.
