Глобальные настройки репрайсера
Changed onМетод возвращает текущие глобальные настройки репрайсера по указанному магазину. Вместе с настройками возвращается дополнительная информация по доступным для выбора городам и курсам валют на текущую дату по ЦБ РФ. Если пользователь ни разу не менял глобальные настройки, то в ответе будут присутствовать default-настройки, и msg ответа будет содержать пометку об этом.
