Bulk Invite Active Organization Members

Invite several addresses to the caller's active organization at once.

Organization owners and admins only. Every address gets the same role and workspace assignments. Each one is checked as POST /me/member-invitations would check it, and an address that is refused lands in failed with the reason rather than failing the request, so the answer is 200 even when some or all were refused. Each invited entry carries its own mail_sent and accept link.
