Get social post status, destination results, links, and available analytics. Scheduled posts return scheduled while waiting or processing, then posted after destination publishing succeeds.

Status returned by an immediate publishing attempt. Null while a future-scheduled post is still queued.

Scheduled publish time as an ISO timestamp. For immediate posts this is the creation time.
