Import a file as a dataset

Import a CSV or Senzing file as a named dataset. Rows are stored (MySQL/Postgres when configured) and loaded into the in-memory search index. A per-source checksum avoids scanning the table on every search. Request bodies are capped (32MiB by default; see Ingest.MaxBodyBytes / INGEST_MAX_BODY_BYTES).
