Applies a feature group to a relation type

This endpoint applies a feature group to the provided list based on the relationType.</br>Required scope: feature-groups:write </br>Organization authorization: supported</br>This endpoint is feature-flagged and will only be available to operators who have the feature enabled.

List of IDs that the feature group should be applied to. If one of the IDs does not belong to your operator, applying feature group will fail. Therefore, make sure all the Ids belong to your operator.
