Every account the signed-in user has linked, for the settings page.

Guilds are resolved from the user's own Discord guild list, and any that cannot be resolved are omitted. That covers servers they have since left, and servers Monni can no longer see: naming them would leak which servers somebody is in more than Discord itself does, and showing bare ids helps nobody. The page says so, and points at the global remove as the way to be sure everything is gone.
