Check whether a member holds one specific role.

Answers has_role for the role you asked about. The role does not have to exist in the server: one that was deleted, or that belongs elsewhere, simply reports false.

A user who is not in the server answers 404.

Requires an API key with the discord.view_members permission.

get/v1/members/{user_id}/roles/{role_id}/
