Filtered time series

Filter by dimension labels (dim1..dim8, exact and case-sensitive), countries and periods. Repeat a parameter for multiple values, e.g. country=Austria&country=Poland. Periods use the dataset format: 1995, Q1/1995, 01/2000 (URL-encode slashes).
