List an asset's downloadable files

Returns every file one library asset currently has, each with a freshly minted download URL — GET a url to stream the bytes. One upstream read, so this reflects the provider's present truth; an asset with nothing downloadable answers an empty list.

Caller-side session identifier, so the calls of one agent session (discover → inspect → run → polling) can be correlated. Optional; a value that is empty, longer than 256 characters or not printable ASCII is ignored (never an error).
