Cell line list (paginated)

Server-side DataTable source for browsing cell lines with pagination, free-text search, column sorting, and optional filters by tissue, cancer type, or data source. Returns jQuery DataTables-compatible JSON with draw, recordsTotal, recordsFiltered, and data fields.

Number of rows to return per page (max 100).

Free-text search across cell line name and metadata.

Column index to sort by.

order[0][dir]'asc' | 'desc'

Sort direction.

tissuestring
Example:skin

Filter by tissue of origin.

cancer_typestring
Example:Melanoma

Filter by cancer type.

sourcestring
Example:depMap

Filter by data source (depMap, cosmic_CL, pubmed).
