Download mutant neoepitope peptide sequences for a cell line in FASTA format. Each entry header contains the CAN-IMMUNE ID, gene, amino acid change, peptide type, transcript, source, and cell line name. Suitable for mass spectrometry database search or epitope prediction pipelines.
