Cập nhật dịch vụ thông báo giao dịch

Đối tác gọi API này của ACB để gửi yêu cầu cập nhật dịch vụ thông báo giao dịch. ACB sẽ nhận và kiểm tra thông tin đầu vào. Yêu cầu: Phải truyền đầy đủ các thông tin bắt buộc.
