Returns one row per HTTP attempt made against this subscription's endpoint, newest first, so a failing integration can be diagnosed without asking support. Retries appear as separate rows sharing a source_event_id, numbered by attempt.

error carries the returned status or the transport error's class and message. The response body your endpoint returned is never stored or returned, and neither is the signing secret or the delivered payload.

Scoped to the calling org: a subscription belonging to another org is a 404, and a deleted subscription keeps its history.
