Commit or reverse customer reward points

Reserve reward points before final sale processing. Send negative Points values to commit points and positive values to reverse a previous point commitment, as documented by API guide version 1.4.

The older sample-call spreadsheet version 1.3 describes the signs in the opposite direction. Version 1.4 is used here because it is newer, but the sign convention still requires provider or live-API confirmation before production use.
