Complete user signup

Complete the user signup with additional info. The bearer token should be the password reset token which is achieved from create password email. Once this API succeeds, the user’s signed_up status becomes true.

The password that user want to create. Required for password based login users. Password must be at least 12 characters and contain at least one number, uppercase letter, lowercase letter and special character.
