Retrieve Task for an ID

Task.code identifies the task as a general EMA task (TASK) vs. a PM Recall (PMRECALL); its coding system is an environment-relative ValueSet URL (.../fhir/v2/ValueSet/task-type), not a fixed literal across environments.
