Create Expected Payment [deprecating Aug 2024]

Value in specified currency's smallest unit. e.g. $10 would be represented as 1000 (cents), and ¥10 would be represented as 10.

Value in specified currency's smallest unit. e.g. $10 would be represented as 1000 (cents), and ¥10 would be represented as 10.
