Read which chat a spoken turn lands in

The chat the person's next spoken turn lands in: the chat a viewer reports on screen, else the chat they picked in ToolPiper's chat pane, else the most recently active chat of the most recently active project. listening is true while voice captures speech for it. Only ToolPiper's own app (this Mac's local token) may read it.
