Tools whose calls ToolPiper is still handling for the caller

The tools whose calls by the caller's client ToolPiper is still handling, from the moment a call is judged until it completes: waiting on a person's answer on the Mac (the review card, owner authentication, the folder picker, a consent a running call raised) or running. A caller whose mirrored call is past its own deadline keeps waiting while its request is listed, and treats the call as stalled otherwise. Names only the caller's own calls, and only their tools and requests. An older build answers 404.
