Expand a seed phrase via Google Suggest

Harvests Google Suggest keyword expansions for a seed phrase. Synchronous (no async job). When expand is true, fans out across a–z and intent modifiers and merges the suggestions, de-duplicated case-insensitively in first-seen order.
