Read a chat's journal

The renderer's journal of one chat, oldest first: the records a client restores the chat from (messages, tasks, pins, workspace files, cost, accounting and run records). Each entry is a JSON object with a string type, kept verbatim; a client skips a type it does not know. Answers only the chat's owner or a person.
