Get one of my feedback submissions

Fetches a single feedback submission by id, SCOPED TO THE CALLING REPORTER. Returns 404 — never 403 — for a submission that doesn't exist AND for a submission that exists but belongs to a different reporter, so the response never reveals whether a given id exists at all.
