Is Mnemom Agent enabled for this organization?

The mnemom agent feature gate. Enabled when the caller's email is in the internal cohort (@mnemom.ai), the caller is Mnemom staff, or the org (or the caller's own account) holds a product_access_grant for product code — typically from a redeemed Code invitation (POST /v1/invites/accept). org_id targets a specific org the caller belongs to; omitted, the caller's primary org is used. A non-member of org_id is 403 (forbidden); an org without access is 403 code_not_enabled with a machine-readable hint the CLI prints.
