Get Namespace Stats (Batch)

Returns document/bucket/collection/object counts for many namespaces in ONE call. Replaces per-row /stats fan-out on list views. Counts are aggregated in batch and live doc-counts gathered concurrently; namespaces the caller cannot see are omitted.
