List a connected Discord server's text channels

Requires accountId to be a connected account on the discord platform, owned by the caller. Authenticates as the platform-wide Discord bot, not a per-user token. Any upstream failure returns an empty options list rather than an error. Rate limit: 30 requests/minute.
