Video to SFX (multi-stem)

Analyze a video into separate sound-source stems

Runs sound-source detection (one Gemini pass) and returns a plan with the per-stem breakdown and exact total credit cost. No audio is generated and no credits are charged here. Pass the returned plan_id to POST /jobs to generate the stems.
