Integration Sync Status

Machine-readable sync observability for a single integration.

Returns the raw sync_status JSONB (its shape documented on the model and written by the PostHog sync at its phase boundaries), plus the connection status and last_synced_at. sync_status is null for legacy rows or a workspace that has never synced — callers must treat null as "unknown". Scoped to the caller's workspace by the integration_id + workspace_id pair, so one workspace can't read another's sync state.
