Agent Email Stats

Open-tracking rollup for this agent's sent emails: sent / opened / open_rate.

opened is a per-send boolean (was it opened at least once), NOT a count of opens; mail proxies re-fetch the pixel several times per open, so a raw fetch count would be meaningless. open_rate is approximate (Gmail proxy caching, image-prefetch clients, and images-off recipients all skew it); present it as directional. See app/models/email_send.py.

The matured_* fields exclude sends younger than the maturity window, whose opens are still arriving; show matured_open_rate, not open_rate, as the headline number.
