Update a model via external API

Partially updates an existing model. Only provided fields are updated. Use "regenerate_media" for new presigned URLs: avatar, image, video, face_reference (combine with +, e.g. avatar+face_reference). Face reference uploads to static/face_reference (WebP), same CDN path as ethnicity-based refs.
