Get coin breakdown for profile (monthly quota left + bonus)

Returns monthly subscription coins remaining vs allowance and bonus (purchased) coins. Uses quota counters when enabled; otherwise derives monthly remainder from the coin ledger since the last SUBSCRIPTION deposit.
