Measure the runtime of video media that has none

Video uploaded before confirmUpload started probing durations left model_content_media.duration NULL, so a pack sums to 0 seconds and the card hides the duration badge. Runs in batches — use dryRun first to see how many rows are pending, then repeat until remaining is 0.
