Find FunnelFox transactions by a partial card number

Locate FunnelFox transactions for a card without the full PAN. first6 is matched as a prefix against the stored BIN and last4 as a suffix against the stored card tail, so any number of digits (1..6 / 1..4) narrows the search. At least one of first6 / last4 is required. Results are newest-first and paginated.
