Bills

Reissues a closed bill or issued invoice. The operation credits the original document with a credit note and carries its items over to a new open bill, which can then be corrected and closed again. A bill can be reissued only once, and the operation rejects payment confirmations, split audit bills, corrective documents other than previously reissued bills, bills with rebated items and – at enterprises that track receivables – paid invoices. Note this operation supports Portfolio Access Tokens.
