Organization Api Service

Get the caller's own organization settings (id, display name and owner). Guarantees the organization row exists, creating it unpersonalized on first call, so its id can be used to address the organization's team-member endpoints. The name is the personalized one, otherwise the owner's billing company, otherwise null. Only a REGULAR_USER owner session may call this, and it requires a plan eligible for an organization.
