Get a brand review portal's branding

Authenticated (brand reviewer session, or a Metricool user allowed to approve posts on the brand for the internal preview). Returns the portal's header logo — the reviewer's anonymous session has no other way to learn it, since it never reaches the user-settings endpoints. Always populated (falls back to the app's own default), never omitted.
